Spring is here once again....

So spring is here again. Can’t say I feel like fresh air has blown into my life, but I guess it is a time of renewal. In my case right now, triage might be more appropriate but renewal its going to be. I’ve spent a lot of time coaching and helping my friends through difficult times, and what’s funny is that I’m too stupid to look in the mirror and take my own advice. Tonight I looked in the mirror and decided my advice to others isn’t half bad. I’m looking forward to this weekend, I’m going to spend it by taking my own advice and also easing up and enjoy myself. I only have one life and I have so much LIFE yet to experience.
