So for the beginning of Lent, Trinity Church had a fantastic Mardis Gras event at St. Paul's Chapel. What a good time and such an amazing space to throw a party!

Phoebe's Birthday

So today is the Birthday of my best friend and love of my life. Today Phoebe turns 14! The two of us have been through thick and thin and I am not exaggerating when I say, she carried me through my roughest times and she makes the good times even that much more worthwhile.

Auspicious Day

Yesterday not only marked the celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, but happened to coincide with the swearing in of this country's first African-American President, now for his second term.
