Christmas 2009. Already it's kind of a blur. Some years the holidays have a sense of pageantry and awe, filled with countless events and parties. I don't mean to be a downer, but this year was devoid of any and all of those affairs. The entire holiday for me was like a puzzle where none of the pieces fit and no one wanted to help you put it together. This was a year where a lot was going on in my life and is a year I will never forget for so many reasons. As the New Year approaches, I just hope I've learned my lesson and carve out a new path for myself.
