WTC grows

Can't sleep and it sucks

I've been sitting in bed for 4 hrs. Lunesta, warm milk, fresh sheets. Nothings working. I think I have to just understand it's going to be a sleepy day. Or maybe Its because I slept all weekend. Who knows, just make it go away.
